In accordance with State and Federal guidelines, all special education records are to be maintained for six years after the student exits the special education program; this includes dismissal from special education services, graduation, ineligibility, or if records are no longer required or needed in making educational determinations. Students, former students, or legal guardians of a student who was dismissed, has graduated, has exited from the program, or was found to be ineligible for special education services during the school year 2019-2020 you have the right to request records before they are destroyed.

Requests for records may be made from July 20, 2026 through August 31, 2025 by calling 870-792-8488 or emailing rebecca.crotts@esdbulldogs.org. A valid state-issued id is required.

**These records are not permanent school records.

School Bus Drivers | $25 per hour
Earle School District is seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our transportation team. If you’re interested in driving a school bus but don’t have your CDL, we provide training for those working toward a CDL-B.
Pay: $25 per hour
Application: Open until filled
What We Offer
• $25/hour
• Training provided for applicants interested in earning a CDL-B
• Costs of CDL testing materials will be reimbursed upon successful completion
• A meaningful role supporting students and families every day
Key Responsibilities
• Safely transport students to/from school and school-related activities
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and district expectations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for students
Basic Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and physical
• Reliable attendance, strong communication, and a commitment to student safety
• No CDL-B? No problem—training is available for those who want to earn it.
